Where it all began
Sam Waez opened the doors to the first Acropolis Greek Taverna in 2001, but it was really founded 30 years earlier in the beautiful islands of Greece. If you ask Sam, what set’s Acropolis Greek Taverna apart from the rest, it is the experience people have here. The most special thing for Sam has always been watching kids and families having a great time at Acropolis Greek Taverna. The napkins thrown around, the plates broken, the dancing and the smiles. The entire experience is wonderful to experience and watch with the servers do the Zorba dance on the weekends.
Where we go from here
We will build on our history of delivering the most unique and fun Greek experience one could have when they step into an Acropolis Greek Taverna. At the same time, we are constantly looking at ways to elevate the guest experience and always welcome feedback.
