French rack of lamb, all natural antibiotic free and no added hormones cut into chops and grilled to perfection, served over Greek potatoes.
Premium grilled chicken breast in a manatari sauce, sautéed with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and olives. Topped with crumbled feta cheese and served with orzo and roasted vegetables.
A fiery Mediterranean favorite! Savory ground pork and Andouille sausage simmered with fresh peppers, onions, and garlic in a smoky chipotle-tomato sauce. Served over your choice of rice or penne pasta.
A traditional layered classic featuring honey-infused cake and rich sour cream, drizzled with local honey and finished with crushed pistachios.
A decadent fusion of creamy cheesecake and classic baklava, featuring flaky phyllo layers, spiced walnuts, and a rich honey drizzle.
